Alexander bookkeeping and it’s staff are knowledgeable, organized, and above all else, extremely thorough. We started off hiring them to cleanup our QuickBooks and ended up with so much more. They helped create a flow of daily operations as well as a full understanding of what it takes to run a healthy business. When I started my construction company in 2003, I started my day at 6:00 a.m. and end it at 12:00 a.m., I had an outside bookkeeping service to take care of my payroll and monthly book work. Alexander bookkeeping is truly a “full-charge bookkeeper” and does a great job tying out the books for her clients – before the data comes to us for year-end tax and accounting work. Additionally, Alexander bookkeeping knows what we need and provides a complete “CPA packet” to us, which contains the documentation needed to complete business tax returns and end of year adjusting entries.
Many so-called “bookkeepers” are clueless on what is needed for CPA’s and tax preparers to do their work, which oftentimes costs business owners unnecessary fees.
